Jesus, You provided us with Your sacred body and blood to sustain us through our mortal lives. You showed Your disciples the act of consecrating bread and wine into to Your body and blood. Lord, at today's Mass, help us to truly appreciate the gift of the Eucharist. Amen. Mark 14: 12-16, 22-26.
