Jesus, often we look but do not see, just like those people that needed parables to help them understand Your message of salvation. Lord, let us be among the people to whom the Father grants knowledge so that we can learn all there is to know about gaining eternal life. We work so hard to understand and at times, the harder we struggle, the less we understand and our faith is shaken. Holy Spirit, inspire in us the wisdom and prudence to abandon our efforts and surrender ourselves to the Lord. Help us be able to see. Amen. Matthew 13: 10-17
