Jesus, Mary Magdalene wept when she discovered that Your body had been removed from the tomb. She feared that someone took You away and that she would not be able to be with You any longer at that place. Lord, we cry when You seem distant from us and our prayers seem to be unanswered. We worry that You have left us or doubts enter our mind that You were never there after all. Calm our fears O Lord. Strengthen our trust in Your everlasting presence in our lives, especially at times that You seem to have gone away. Holy Spirit give us Your Gifts. Amen. John 20: 1-2, 11-18
