Jesus, although not as dramatic as a possessed person's suffering, all of us carry within us the pain and anguish that is the result of sin. O Lord, we need so desperately Your commanding voice to help us to keep our flawed nature from getting the upper hand. Never leave us Lord. Without Your help, we are surely lost. Holy Spirit, instill in us humility so that we can follow our Savior, and allow Him to pick us up as we stumble along the way. Amen. Luke 4:31-37
