"Pay Attention To What I Am Telling You."

Jesus, we stuggle to understand all of the words that you have spoken through the Gospels. So much is hidden from our eyes and minds. But like a good father, you commanded your disciples to listen to you, regardless of their ability to understand. Help us to accept that faith is about listening and following but not always understanding. O Lord, help us fend off the barage of attempts intended to defeat your message by today's media. Jesus, have mercy on us.Amen. Luke 9: 43b-45
