Jesus, give us the strength to withstand the onslaught against your truths. There are many people that are doing all that they can do to humiliate and mock those who are staying true to your word. Strengthen our resolve to face the childish criticism that is hurled our way and simply state the truth and walk away with love in our hearts. Save us from being eaten up by anger and hatred of those who are blind and foolish. Lord, we need you more than ever to give us peace and tranquility in this time of confusion and discord. Amen. Luke 7: 31-35
